I want to be talk show host i need help?

im 16(17 in july) and i want to have my own talk show.if i am to ever
get there on my talk show i want to have music artists on my show and
have them perform and i ask them questions.my biggest influence is
Dick Cavett.

What are some tips what could help me get there?
